Shipping policy

All orders placed dispatched in 1-2 working days and are usually delivered within 5~7 business days. All orders scheduled and fulfilled be delivered within 10 days regardless of customer address. In case of further delays or issues with the logistics partner(s), the company will resolve the issue on a case by case basis. We will provide a full refund if the bag is lost in transit and not delivered to the customer. 

We ship everywhere in India. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Government Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

You can track your order at any time by using the tracking code that you will receive when the order is fulfilled. Alternately, you can contact us at 9527968650 to get your delivery details. We occasionally use intra-city delivery partners. In such cases, you will get the tracking number within a few hours before the delivery is done (on the same day).
